Re: Arrangements for Friday 15th November – Preparation for GL Assessment
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am writing to inform you about the arrangements for Friday 15th November 2019.
The school will be used as a centre for pupils from local Primary schools to sit the GL Assessment on Saturday 16th November.
To facilitate the set-up of the classrooms school will finish for all pupils on Friday 15th November at 12.45pm (the end of Period 5).
Pupils who are entitled to Free School Meals can have lunch in the canteen at 12.45pm if they choose to do so.
The school buses, for those that come on to our school site will be altered for the day to accommodate the pupils leaving at the earlier time.
Thank you to the large number of our pupils who are assisting with the running of the GL assessment on Saturday. Their support is very important. If your son is in school on Saturday, please make sure he is in full school uniform and he knows the arrangements for his safe return home following the event.
