Sarah Wilson from Friends of the Cancer Centre visited the school to receive a cheque for £590 from the St Mary’s Parent, Teacher and Friends Association.
The money was raised at the hugely successful PTFA Quiz held in the school and again the generosity of our school community and all who attended the quiz and contributed prizes to the quiz shone through.
Friends of the Cancer Centre is one of the many local charities the PTFA have supported throughout the years and we look forward to continuing to organise similar events in the future.
We look forward to our next Quiz scheduled for March, details of which will be published early in the new year.
