Michael Marlow, Sean Fennell, Johnny Quinn & Matthew Sloan represented our School at the ‘Faiths Together for Climate Justice & Peace – ‘Our Voices Matter’ Conference at Queen’s University.
The day was to discuss current issues around climate change related to religion, politics and the economy. They met with John Barry (Professor of Green Political Economy and Co-Director of the Centre for Sustainability, Equality and Climate Action at QUB) and Martin Palmer (International specialist on faiths and religious traditions).
After group work with students from other schools, they then had the opportunity to put questions to local politicians, including Claire Hanna.
