Location: Belfast, County Antrim
Salary: £34,434 – £37,280 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

As Facilities Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our school buildings and grounds, coordinating maintenance activities, and managing competing priorities to ensure a safe, welcoming space for our pupils and staff. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong background in caretaking, building maintenance, or facilities management.
Essential Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) in a caretaking, facilities, or maintenance role (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in building maintenance, engineering maintenance, building services, or a relevant trade (or time-served in a relevant trade)
Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams in a busy environment with competing demands
