The boys worked extremely hard to prepare for their interviews, with Joseph Bulter progressing to the second round. The boys very much impressed the interviewers with their passion, capacity for leadership and ability to express themselves. Joseph narrowly missed out on attending the Leadership Conference after facing some stiff competition in the Europa Hotel. The boys gained some constructive feedback and beneficial experience of interviews. They thoroughly enjoyed the process.
