Dear Parent/Guardian,

re:  Procedures for Collection of GCSE/AS/A2 Examination Results in August

Please find important information outlined below regarding the distribution and collection of your son’s forthcoming exam results.

A214Thursday 13th August 2020Results will be posted home. Pupils do NOT come to school to collect results  
AS13Thursday 13th August 2020Pupils MUST come to school to collect their results between 9.30 – 10.15am at the Mobile classroom at the front of the school building.  
GCSE12  Thursday 20th August 2020Pupils MUST come to school to collect their results between 9.30 – 10.15am at the Mobile classroom at the front of the school building.   Parent and Student cars will not be permitted on the school site for the collection of results  
GCSE11Thursday 20th August 2020Results will be posted home. Pupils do NOT come to school to collect results  
GCSE10Thursday 20th August 2020Results will be posted home. Pupils do NOT come to school to collect results  
  1. Pupils from Years 12 and 13 only may collect their results from the school in person on the day and time of issue stated above.
  2. Parents/guardians may collect their son’s GCSE or AS results in person from the school on the day and time of issue with appropriate identification if the pupil is unavailable to collect their results himself. The rest of the results will be posted home as indicated above. Unfortunately parent and pupil cars are not permitted on site on the results days.
  3. Results will not be given out over the phone.

Social distancing measures will be in place and must be adhered to if collecting results at the school.
