At Christmas time we are all grateful for our families and loved ones. It is important to also think of others who are finding the Advent season particularly difficult.
As you know St. Mary’s has a long tradition of serving the community and helping others. On the 10th December, World Human Rights Day, the staff and pupils were able to raise and present £3000 to Catholic Caring and a further £2000 to St. Vincent de Paul for Food Hampers.
It is certainly very edifying to see such goodwill from our whole school community even in these difficult times.
Thank you parents and guardians for your contribution to these good causes.
