Basketball League begins

‘The U16 and U19 basketball team started their league campaigns yesterday against St Columb’s, Derry. The U19’s, who were low in numbers, played hard but came up short in a 6pt loss (39-33). MVP Michael Devlin. The U16’s managed to turn around a 3pt deficit heading into the 4th quarter, and won by 7 (27-34). Impressive MVP performance from year 10 Ronan Heath. The boys will be training hard over the next few weeks in preparation for Aquinas.’
